In this ‘the age of the individual’ University students have higher expectations than ever of the services they use. However, service providers are not always geared up towards understanding and meeting the needs of today’s users or effectively communicating and marketing what they offer.
In my Marketing and Comms courses as well covering the key principles of marketing strategy, planning and segmentation, I explore: the importance and impact of social media; multimedia and visuals; and storytelling; for modern forward-thinking University services.
As with all of my courses I take a blended learning approach to this topic offering a mix of engaging presentations and practical interactive workshop elements.
