He conducts library service transformation reviews and library building design consultancies for Higher Education institutions and Public Libraries around the world. He principally employs User Experience (UX) Research & Design principles to gather richer data on user behaviours and needs. As well as consulting, he offers keynote talks, and in-person or online training in UX,  Failure and LEGO Serious Play
