I am a full-time freelance trainer and consultant with a a strong portfolio of clients in the academic, public and corporate sector. I previously worked as an innovation project manager at Cambridge University Library and as a senior administrator at both Cambridge and Oxford University.
Over the past 5 years I have developed particular experience and expertise in the fields of user experience research and design (methods employed to measure how people really experience and use services), leadership (particularly for new and emerging leaders), and failure: embracing and modelling failure as part of the learning journey.
I also build and develop teams by helping them to unlock creativity and innovation through LEGO Serious Play workshops, and train educators and corporate clients to become LEGO Serious Play facilitators.
I regularly train and consult all over the world: in my native UK, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Above right: teaching at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
